How to become a Trustee of Advocare

In a perfect world the need for any additional form of care being given to those people who give up their lives and possibly their aspirations to care for a loved one would not need to exist. These often noble souls would be supported in their admirable efforts by systems dedicated to recognising, helping, supporting and generally improving their lives. Unfortunately, this is rarely, if ever, the case: Advocare's vision is to reach carers before they reach crisis point. Our over-arching aim is to enhance the status of carers, especially those who are sole advocates for vulnerable people.

If you would like to help us to help fellow-carers, become a Trustee of Advocare! Ideally you will have had experience as a carer. Fund-raising skills would be especially helpful.
