Access Keys

To 'jump' to different parts of the page, use the 'access keys' listed below. Hold down the Alt key (Ctrl on Macintosh) and press the appropriate key (Internet Explorer users must also press Enter after the Alt+key combination). Every page on this site has five access keys:

• J - the start of the page's content;
• K - site-wide, or 'top-level', navigation;
• L - local navigation;
• M - Advocare home page, and;
• X - search input box.
